This was amazing. Having read the review and agreeing with the amount of liquid not being adequate, I too doubled the broth, tomato paste and rosemary. My picky teenager ate three bowls of this and although I was hoping for leftovers, none remained at the end of this meal. I will definitely make it again and again!

This soup was very tasty. I used chicken breast instead of thighs. I also used 32 oz of broth, 14 oz was not enough. Since I added more broth I doubled the tomato paste and rosemary. I made it stove top instead of slow cooker. It had a nice subtle flavor of rosemary and the spinach was awesome. Very tasty, easy and healthy. I will definitely be making this soup again.

Good soup, but as other reviewers stated double the liquid. I did not use a slow cooker; sautéed onions, rosemary & browned the chicken then put everything together except spinach; put the spinach in last 10 minutes of simmer.

Made this last night -- hubby and I both loved it. I doubled the amount of broth and cut the fresh Rosemary to 1/4 teaspoon -- just a pinch. I don't know these would be flavors that would appeal to younger kids -- but we LOVED it!

Excellent! I added a couple dashes of red pepper flakes at the end to turn up the heat. But overall the fresh rosemary added alot to the dish. Will make added
