  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 (2-ounce) kaiser rolls or hamburger buns, split
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese

How to Make It
