Very good! I just used a regular egg because I didn't have egg substitute. This is definitely going into the regular rotation. I intend to try it with chicken also!

Super easy & quick and very tasty. Coating was very crispy after cooking in skillet and then finishing in the oven. Will definitely be making again.

So good! And very easy. Used a chicken breast b/c no turkey was available, and used a regular egg mixed w/water. The outside was crisp and the chicken was moist. Will try w/turkey when I find some. And I made the sauce (ketchup/mayo and bit of honey), excellent! My 2 y.o. especially loved them.

I used chicken breasts pieces instead of turkey and Italian bread crumbs and it was delicious. I wish fast food places would take the hint and make tenders as juicy and healthy as these! Next time I'm going to cut the meat into smaller pieces to make them more bite size. Quick and easy!

awesome stuff...add some old bay to the panko mix!

These were SUPER yummy and SUPER easy. The breading is excellent - I used Italian seasoned panko but I'm sure it would be yummy with the regular kind. I was a little skeptical of the turkey, but couldn't really even tell a difference. Will definitely make again!

These were great as a picky food. More often than not I decide what I want to eat based on the utensil, or lack thereof, that I use. These were crunchy and not greasy, and the turkey was not as dry as I imagined chicken to be.

These were really tasty and the dipping sauce was also good.

Awesome. Added garlic powder to the panko for a little extra kick.
