Turkey Tenderloins with Madeira Gravy

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    Was cooking in my son's kitchen for the holiday and wanted something different and easy. Followed the recipe exactly (couldn't find Madeira and used dry sherry). Turkey was incredibly moist and tender. My son who dislikes the regular fare, had seconds. It didn't make 12 servings at our house. EXCELLENT!
