  • 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 8 (1-ounce) slices whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 8 ounces oven-roasted turkey breast, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion (about 1 small)
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seed kernels

How to Make It
