This is my favorite soup recipe from this website. I didn't find any ground turkey at the store, so I used ground chicken instead. The soup turned out comforting, refreshing, and delicious. The seasoning is great and all the ingredients work well together. Wouldn't change a thing!

I love this recipe and also have been making it since it first appeared. Very hearty and loved by everyone in my household. I do add double the chicken broth & garlic, and always add a splash or two of white wine. When serving, I add freshly shredded parmesan cheese. I always double the recipe as it freezes very well!

Wonderful mellow soup for leftover turkey. Whole family loved it.

Wonderful Soup ! I am a big soup fan and am always looking to try new recipes. When I prepared I added about tsp more of Herbs de Provence (just because it is my favorite spice - and I really like to taste seasonings in soup) also used frozen spinach (thawed and drained) everything else I did as stated in the recipe. Served is up with crusty bread and a few parmesan cheese shavings in the soup. DELICIOUS!

I love this soup. Since first making it, I now buy an extra-big turkey for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner so that I will have enough for the soup afterwards.

This was good. It was not super-exciting and/or new...but it didn't taste like turkey leftovers, thank goodness!

Absolutely bland and tasteless. I'm baffled by the 5 star reviews.

This soup is certainly quick and easy, but it is lacking in flavor. There are a lot of CL white bean soup recipes that I make over and over and this will not be one of them.

This is good after considerable seasoning. I added one large clove of minced garlic to the ground turkey. I add a splash of white wine and seasoned with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and some garlic salt until perfection. Next time i would up the garlic and probably add another can of beans to make it extra hearty.

Super quick and easy. Perfect for a weeknight. The herbes de Provence give it just enough flavor to be interesting but not overwhelming. I used a package of baby spinach so didn't even need to chop.

This is a perfect weeknight meal with fresh crusty bread on a cool fall day. Not the most flavorful soup, but easy to make your own and very easy to make. I've even made a double batch a frozen half for another day.

Loved this soup! I did add a couple of more things to itblike more broth, one thinly sliced leek, a handful of chopped shitaake mushrooms and double the herbs... For an extra kick, you might want to add cubed avocado when serving.. It tasted great!

A very basic Provençal soup - so of course I added extra seasoning to the turkey and sauteed it with several cloves of garlic + onion. Also roasted fresh tomatoes + freshly ground pepper (vs canned). Very filling and easy to make. :)

Light, fast, tasty, and simple recipe perfect for a busy weeknight. I made a few changes: First, I seasoned the turkey as it cooked with salt, pepper, and some herbes de Provence. I also added a small bit of onion powder to the soup and would consider adding some diced onion with the cooking turkey. Will make again.

I used fire roasted tomatoes instead of the recommendation and added my own onion. It also helps to ensure that your herbs are fresh. I thought the soup was pretty tasty but may have needed a little salt. I also served with shredded parmesan. I thought it was really good!
