Turkey Salad with Romaine Slaw
- 3 ounces fresh turkey breast, sliced
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1 large plum tomato, sliced
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Place the turkey, avocado, and tomato on a bed of shredded romaine. Drizzle with the lime juice and serve.
