How to Make It

  1. Drain and pat dry tofu with paper towels; cut into slices 1/4 inch thick and season with garlic powder and Hoisin sauce. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet to medium high. Pan fry tofu slices until golden, about 2-3 minutes per side; remove from pan and set aside. In the same skillet, fry the eggs until set.
