- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon(s) Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) Pepper
- 1/2 cup(s) Ricotta Cheese-part skim
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) Salt
- 1 pound(s) Turkey-ground
- Preheat oven to 375*. Combine one pound ground turkey breast with above ingredients in a bowl, then shape mixture into about 18 meatballs. Heat a large nonstick stillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add meatballs, and brown on all sides. Remove from skillet; transfer to broiler pan coated with cooking spray, and bake for 15 minutes or until done.
