Pretty good alternative to a reuben. I went a little further and eliminated the butter, just grilled it in some cooking spray and that worked out fine.

These were mmm-good! It was the first time I ever had sauerkraut, and it was a great addition to the sandwich. There's nothing to add to this.. the recipe was just great!
