This was well received by my family. I to made my own Thousand Island dressing using a Cooking Light recipe. My family ate it right up.

What a simple idea and boy was it good! I enjoyed it so much I wanted to make another one but that would defeat the purpose of eating healthy :o) It had a great flavor and was super easy to make!

Wow! These were delicious! I made my own Russian dressing (low-fat mayo, ketchup, relish and a little garlic powder). My son and husband love Reuben sandwiches, and I was happy to find a way to make these a healthier choice. Super fast, also.

Easy and full of flavor. The cooking spray worked well and did not alter the taste of the sandwich(which is what I had feared). Yummy Yummy!
