Ingredients

1 (10-ounce) Italian bread shell
1/2 cup pizza sauce
2 ounces turkey pepperoni
1 medium-size sweet red or green pepper, seeded and cut into thin slices
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Place bread shell on a baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce over shell; top with pepperoni and pepper slices. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle cheese over pizza; bake 2 additional minutes or until cheese melts. Cut into wedges.
