I add a little red and green bell pepper with the onions...but don't see any need for the added salt...there's enough in the ingredients already....

OMG...this recipe is DELICIOUS!!! My husband couldn't stop raving about it and he normally complains about dishes made with ground turkey being too dry. He didn't even mention that it was ground turkey! The only change was that I made 2 smaller loaves instead of one bigger loaf. It was great because like a previous reviewer mentioned...you get more of the yummy crispy outer crust.

This is the best meatloaf, turkey or beef, that I have ever tasted. It's moist, flavorful and HEALTHY! I add extra garlic, and extra ketchup on top because it browns and taste quite nice when it comes out of the oven. A definite crowd pleaser and great for company.

This was really good. It stayed together nicely without crumbling (I used fine Italian bread crumbs and just one egg) and was really moist. I think it needs more spices though, as it left a little flavor to be desired. Overall, I would make this again, but add maybe some more seasoning.

This is the best meatloaf! Freezes well too. I use 1/2 white meat and 1/2 dark meat turkey. Also add 1 shredded zucchini, 1 shredded carrot, and some chopped mushrooms. Have made many times.

I followed this recipe and it was absolutely the best turkey meatloaf I've ever had. It was easy to prepare and took a bit longer to cook than stated, probably about an hour and 15 min. I will certainly be making this again!

I thought it was very moist and tasty. I felt it needed to be kicked up a bit in flavor - a few drops of Tabasco took care of that.

This was delicious! I didn't high expectations for a turkey meatloaf, because I haven't loved ground turkey in the past...but this was fantastic! Moist! Flavorful! Great! Served it with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus. Will make again for sure!

I loved this recipe. I may try the shredded zuchinni and carrots that another reviewer added, sounds interesting. I sliced up some french bread and served this as meatloaf sandwiched. My husband thought it was awesome. I served it with a side of roasted veggies! Will definitely cook this again!

I made this and my husband said it was the best meatloaf he's ever had. I modified it slightly...only used half an onion and added more garlic and Worcestershire.

This was great too funny though....I was so in the mood to make turkey meatloaf and came across this recipe. I thought I had all ingredients. I had no choice but to use either soy sauce or terriyaki sauce so I went with the terriyaki and then had no chicken broth and had no choice but to go with the beef broth it was too funny but it was my own creation! It turned out awesome I look forward to making it again with the correct ingredients so I can rate it again a five star!

Meatloaf is moist and has plenty of flavor. My 5 year old loves this meatloaf and that's worth 5 stars. :)

This was my first time making turkey meatloaf and it turned out wonderful. I did use lean turkey, not extra lean, as my local Costco doesn't carry the extra lean variety and I like to buy it in bulk. Next time I think I will form it into two loaves rather than one just because I like having more crunchy ends on my meatloaf. This recipe is great and will go into my regular rotation.

This has to be the best turkey meatloaf I have ever had. It's even better then the one I get from the soul food restaurant. I can't believe this was my first time making meatloaf and it turned out so good. The leftovers were still very moist the next day. I will definitely be making this sometime very soon (Maybe for the next church potluck). The only thing I added was a little chopped green peppers.*****

This was as good as all of the other reviewers say. The changes that I made were I put in 4 cloves of garlic, one shredded zuchinni and two shredded carrots. It could still use more garlic as I couldn't distinguish the garlic flavor at all and I didn't taste the extra veggies, which was great since we aren't big on veggies.

I really modified this one for what I had on hand and to suit my families taste. Here is what I did. I only had 1.35 lbs of ground turkey breast and so I increased the bread crumbs to 2 generous cups and added a 1/2 cup of sharp cheddar cheese. I also used onion powder and celery salt to add some flavor. Instead of topping with ketchup I used Worcestershire sauce. Oh and I added green onions too! I put the mixture in a square glass baking dish that was heavily coated with cooking spray. I baked it a little longer to make it slightly crispy on the edges. It was so moist and yummy!

It was a hit! Even the family's picky eater was a fan. Great texture, just enough flavor. I'll be making this one again.

This is, by far, as the recipe suggests, the best and moistest meatloaf I have ever had. I used 1 cup panko crumbs instead of breadcrumbs (that's what I had available), and used one package of Jennie-o ground turkey with 2 links of Jennie-O Italian turkey sausage to create this dish. The sausage added wonderful flavor! It was so delicious!! I will definitely add this to my dinner line up. It truly took 10 minutes to put together, and I worked out on my Xbox while it was cooking. Delicious!!

I made this last night-my second attempt ever to make meatloaf (first attempt was AWFUL!) I only used one egg, and I used 2 cups of bread crumbs I made from hamburger buns. I also added half a packet of meatloaf seasoning I had on hand. At first I was worried because when I was trying to form the loaf, it seems too liquidy. I made 2 smaller loaves, and it turned out really good! My son (7) loved it! So did my boyfriend! Next time I will probably add more onion because I could barely tell they were there in this, and may add bell pepper too.

Love this meatloaf!!! I have made this by request more times than I can even remember over the last 3 months. I make it as shown but add a bit more breadcrumbs. It is delicious, moist and makes enough for left overs. Add a twice baked potato and some green beans and you have a wonderful and easy comfort dinner.

BEST. MEATLOAF. EVERRRR!!!!!!!! even my HUSBAND loved it! couldn't stop making "Mm mmm" noises and wants me to make it again soon! (we added 1 chopped green pepper, tho I'm sure this didn't modify it much!)

Moist, delicious and flavorful! I used a standard 1.25 pound package of turkey and just cut back slightly on the amounts of the other ingredients and shave about 10 minutes off of the cooking time. Makes the man of the house very happy...he doesn't know it's healthy!

I have 3 kids aged 9,6 and 3. Finding a meal that they all like is a complete challenge especially because my 9 year old is exceptionally picky. They ALL loved this meatloaf! Thank you, thank you, thank you! This is now on my short list for dinners! The only thing I added was mushrooms, chopped finely. They did not know they were in there- my little secret.

Absolutely the most delicious turkey meatloaf I have ever eaten. Melt in your mouth moist!!! I did add a small amount of green bell pepper to the onion/garlic mixture. This is a keeper recipe. Five stars for sure!!

WONDERFUL! I'm not a huge meatloaf fan, but I wanted to prepare a healthy meal for my family using ground turkey. I found this receipe and gave it a try. My family and I couldn't get enough - it turned out so yummy. Now, I make it a part of my monthy dishes that I prepare and found a new love of meatloaf! The best part is, it's healthy and absolutely yummy - a win-win!

I have used this recipe twice so far, and my husband and friends love it. I tend to mix ground turkey with other types of meat (pork or chicken), but it always comes out great! It is easy and delicious. Definitely worth a try:)

I made this meatloaf on Sunday (yesterday) for my fiance'. He is a picky eater so I wasn't sure what he would think, coupled by the fact that I have never made a meatloaf with turkey before made me nervous. This was a great recipe! Like everyone said it was very moist. I used Italian breadcrumbs instead of plain ones. I paired it with cabbage and mashe potatoes and my fiance' cleaned his plate!! I will definitely make this again.

What a great recipe! Very moist and tasty, and great for leftovers. Agree with many of the other posters - use more onions and garlic, more ketchup on top. And agree that you don't need to add much salt (except for the first step of browning the onions).

Everyone is right- BEST MEATLOAF EVER!! Moist and flavorful, good for any occasion, even your in-laws can't complain about this! I followed recipe pretty closely. Used Veggie Broth instead of Chicken broth ( I always use veggie). I only had 1 lb. of ground turkey (99% fat free), so I also threw in 1 turkey sausage link (I crumbled it up) I had in freezer. And based on other reviews, I shredded 1 zucchini and mixed it in the meat mixture. Made mix into 2 loaves and used almost 2 tbs of ketchup on top and sides of each. Baked just over 1 hour and prep time was about 15 minutes. My husband and 3 yr old son LOVED this! We just had leftovers for lunch today and it was still just as yummy! This will become a staple recipe in our house!!

My new go to meatloaf recipe!!! I have to make 2 now because they eat so much the first night and want leftovers the next day. I make a ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce probably 1 cups worth to brown on top before removing from the oven. I make extra of this because everyone wants more to dip their meatloaf in. Moist, delicious meatloaf
