Turkey Meat Loaf with Mashed Potatoes

I found this recipe to be fantastic and made me like meatloaf for the first time. I added 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, and added 2 slices of bacon, chopped and 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese. I will absolutely make this dish again. Even my 14 year old niece loved it!

This recipe was terrible! The spinach did not go well in the meatloaf and we threw the rest away. The olive oil also tasted weird in the potatoes. I might make them again, but with a tablespoon of butter instead of the oil.

I thought this was very moist and very tasty. I loved the spinach in it (it definitely helped with the moisture and flavor)! I will make this again!

Great and everyone loved it. It now replaces my other turkey meatloaf.
