Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion and next 5 ingredients (onion through garlic); sauté 5 minutes or until tender. Combine onion mixture, turkey, and next 8 ingredients (turkey through egg whites) in a large bowl; stir well (mixture will be wet).
Shape meat mixture into a 9 x 5-inch loaf on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Combine 1/2 cup ketchup and brown sugar; brush over turkey loaf. Bake an additional 30 minutes or until done; let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

I used Jenny-O 93% lean ground turkey. The only adjustments I made to this recipe is 1 egg plus 2 egg whites (for 4 egg whites) and panko (for bread crumbs).
Finely chopping the veggies before sauteeing is key, so to save time I suggest using a food processor.
I made TWO loaves side-by-side on a greased foil lined pan, but did not need to adjust the cook time. (One loaf for dinner and one for sandwiches all week, woo-hoo!!)
I have made this recipe for more than ten years and always get rave reviews. I tend to use regular ground turkey instead of ground turkey breast or sometimes mix half of each. I made the recipe just last night for a birthday dinner party and had several requests to send the recipe and from people who were only use to beef meatloaf. They loved it.
Was hesitant since I love normal meatloaf and haven't had much luck with ground turkey alternatives. But LOVED it! Rated 3 stars b/c I might not serve it for special occasions--but it's definitely a new staple to my normal routine! Didn't have ketchup or breadcrumbs, so I substituted Heinz 57 and poultry stuffing. The added spice may have been the trick b/c I had a super flavorful result. Served with mashed butternut squash for a great "comfort" dinner. Yum!
