Compared to traditional kielbasa recipes, this sausage and kraut dish is lower in fat and has fewer calories, thanks to the turkey kielbasa. It's still slightly high in sodium, though, if you're watching that.

1. Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add sausage, and sauté 8 minutes or until browned. Remove sausage from pan; cover and keep warm.
2. Add onion to pan, and sauté 2 minutes. Stir in sauerkraut and remaining ingredients. Return sausage to pan; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes. Discard bay leaf.
