Turkey Horse

Ingredients

  • 2 slices 12-grain bread
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons creamed horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon light sour cream
  • 2 ounces thinly sliced turkey
  • 1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small tomato, sliced
  • 2 strips of bacon

How to Make It

  1. Fry bacon and pat with a paper towel to remove excess fat. Set aside. Mix mayonnaise, horseradish and sour cream in a small bowl; spread mixture onto both slices of bread. Add turkey, avocado, tomato and bacon onto one slice of bread and top with second slice.
