Turkey gravy

Turkey gravy

Ingredients

  • Drippings from roast turkey
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 quart chicken or turkey broth

Preparation

1. After removing turkey from roasting pan, place pan on lit stove burner. Mix flour in with all the drippings until well encorporated.

2. Add wine and broth and simmer for 45 minutes. Skim foam off top every 15 minutes

3. Strain and serve.
