- Drippings from roast turkey
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 quart chicken or turkey broth
- 1. After removing turkey from roasting pan, place pan on lit stove burner. Mix flour in with all the drippings until well encorporated.
- 2. Add wine and broth and simmer for 45 minutes. Skim foam off top every 15 minutes
- 3. Strain and serve.
