Turkey Cobb Sandwiches

- 4 small green leaf lettuce leaves

- 1 peeled avocado, sliced

- 2 hard-cooked large eggs, sliced
Preparation
- 1. Spread 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise evenly over each of 4 bread slices. Layer each evenly with lettuce and remaining ingredients. Top with remaining 4 bread slices. Cut each sandwich in half diagonally.
