Great gourmet style turkey burger. Couldn't find reduced fat white cheddar cheese slices so I had to settle for regular white cheddar.

These burgers were great! Followed recipe almost exactly except used panko for the bread crumbs. Added 1 beaten egg to a double recipe. Fried them in a regular pan rather than a grill pan. Husband said they are "on the A list", meaning definitely make again. We all loved the relish except for my 6 year old who insisted I take "the red stuff" off of hers. Served with frozen sweet potato fries.

The recipe is easy to make. The turkey burger is very flavorful with onion, parsley and sage. We smoked the burgers, they were so moist! The cranberry/apple relish on the burger is over the top delicious. We also ate the turkey on a bed of spinach and arugula with relish on top and no bun for a more healthy dinner.

The burgers themselves were delicious, but I wasn't crazy about the relish which was slightly bitter. Son and husband put regular cranberry sauce on them instead. Next time, I'll just do that with mine, but wanted to try the relish this time.

Easy, amazing burgers. Even my kids ate them. Tasted great reheated too. I cooked them on the grill. My husband like the additional cranberry topping but I thought the burgers were great without it. Enjoy!
