Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup nonfat cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon shredded fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 4 (3/4-ounce) slices reduced-calorie whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 6 ounces Roasted Turkey Breast, sliced
  • 1/2 medium avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced

Preparation

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl, mixing well. Spread cheese mixture evenly on 2 bread slices. Place sliced Roasted Turkey Breast evenly on each prepared bread slice, and top evenly with avocado and remaining ingredients. Top with remaining 2 bread slices.
