Turkey Au Rochambeau

Yield 10 open-faced sandwiches


  • 10 slices smoked turkey breast (about 2 pounds)
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 10 slices cooked ham
  • 10 pineapple slices
  • 10 slices toast
  • Sauce Rochambeau

How to Make It

  1. Sauté turkey slices in butter in a large skillet for 5 minutes. Place 1 slice turkey, 1 slice ham, and 1 slice pineapple on each slice of toast. Spoon warm Sauce Rochambeau over each sandwich.
