Tuna Tartare Blini
Ingredients
- 1 (12-ounce) sushi-grade yellowfin tuna steak, diced
- 2 tablespoons minced red onion
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons capers, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Buckwheat Blini
- Crème fraîche
- Caviar
Preparation
- Combine tuna and next 7 ingredients in a bowl. Spoon mixture onto blini; top with crème fraîche and caviar.
