  • 1 (12-ounce) sushi-grade yellowfin tuna steak, diced
  • 2 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons capers, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Buckwheat Blini
  • Crème fraîche
  • Caviar


  1. Combine tuna and next 7 ingredients in a bowl. Spoon mixture onto blini; top with crème fraîche and caviar.
