Yummy! I love homemade pizza and am always up for trying something new. I was, however a bit hesitant to try this as tuna on a pizza sounds a bit odd, as do fresh greens. But boy were we surprised! The only thing we did differently from the recipe was to grill the crust instead of cook it in the oven. Even my 3 year old and 18 month old asked for more.
Tuna Salad Pizza
Have your pizza and salad, too--all in one. Tuna Salad Pizza combines the best of both. Flaky albacore tuna is layered over mixed salad greens, kalamata olives, and grape tomatoes--all topped with freshly shaved Parmesan cheese.
