This were very yummy and the avocado-buttermilk sauce made it even better. I did bake the croquettes for an extra 10 minutes as they didn't seem to get brown enough. They were fine, but we like things a little crispier.

I made these as the recipe indicates but left out cilantro & onions because of allergies. They were excellent. My husband loved them saying they were even better than my salmon croquettes - which he also loves.

Made them last Friday. They were Great !. I will probably use a little less lemon zest next time, but don't leave it out, it gives them a special flavor. Made 4 patties instead of 8. I didn't have the ingredients for the sauce so I used guacamole ranch dressing that I have in the fridge and it was very good, but next time I will try the sauce with cilantro, it sounds delicious...I will make them again and again. Everyone loved them. I gave it 4 stars because you can have this as a nice appetizer if you make them smaller. Cant tell it is tuna from a can!!
