  • 6 ounce(s) canned tuna
  • 1 can(s) cream of celery soup
  • 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled, chopped
  • 1 cup(s) evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon(s) onion powder
  • 1 cup(s) rice


  1. Cook rice and add soup, onion powder and milk.
  2. In greased casserole layer:
  3. tuna
  4. rice
  5. eggs
  6. Top with cracker crumbs or potato chips. Heat until bubbly. Cheddar cheese can be added.
