Tropical Salsa

This recipe goes with Caribbean Fish Tacos

  • Yield: 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped orange sections
  • 1/2 cup chopped peeled mango
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced (about 2 teaspoons)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
