Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoons ginger liqueur
  • Champagne or sparkling wine, chilled

Preparation

Divide the pineapple juice and ginger liqueur between 2 Champagne flutes. Fill with Champagne and serve.
