How to Make It

Step 1

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add coconut and almonds; cook 4 to 5 minutes or until golden, stirring constantly. Set aside.

Step 2

Combine orange juice and next 6 ingredients in a small jar; cover and shake vigorously.

Step 3

Combine mixed greens and onion, tossing gently. Arrange mixture on individual plates. Drizzle with orange juice mixture, and sprinkle with pineapple, almonds, and coconut. Serve immediately.
