Ingredients

3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons Limoncello (lemon-flavored liqueur)
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
2 cups (1-inch) cubed fresh pineapple
2 kiwi, peeled, halved lengthwise, and sliced
1 large mango, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

Preparation

1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Add pineapple, kiwi, and mango; toss to coat. Let stand 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in mint.
