Tropical Fruit Slush

Yield: Makes 7 cups
- 1 pint passion-fruit sorbet
- 1 cup guava juice
- 1 cup papaya juice
- 1 cup passionfruit rum
- 3 cups crushed ice
- Garnish: sliced star fruit
- Process sorbet, guava juice, papaya juice, rum, and crushed ice in a 7-cup blender until smooth. Garnish, if desired.
- Note: If using a 5-cup blender, prepare recipe in batches.
