Yield Makes 7 cups


  • 1 pint passion-fruit sorbet
  • 1 cup guava juice
  • 1 cup papaya juice
  • 1 cup passionfruit rum
  • 3 cups crushed ice
  • Garnish: sliced star fruit

How to Make It

  1. Process sorbet, guava juice, papaya juice, rum, and crushed ice in a 7-cup blender until smooth. Garnish, if desired.

  2. Note: If using a 5-cup blender, prepare recipe in batches.
