Tropical Fruit Salad

my picky daughter really like these the only thig different i do was add 1/4 teaspoon of poppy seed too it

I made this for a family BBQ and wasn't impressed. I used canned pineapple instead of fresh, but that shouldn't have made to much of a difference. The banana overpowered everything and made it all taste like banana.

It is very important to use fresh fruit. Yes, there will be a big difference in the taste when you use canned pineapple. Fresh pineapple is sweet and juicy, canned has no taste. If you don't follow the recipe, you shouldn't rate it. This is a very tasty fruit salad!

I've made this several times and love it--as does the rest of my family. And yes, using canned fruit will make a huge difference. Use fresh.
