How to Make It

Step 1

Combine the sugar and cognac in a 1-quart glass measure. Microwave at high 1 minute or until sugar dissolves, stirring after 30 seconds. Add wine and fruit slices; stir well. Cover and chill.

Step 2

To serve, add club soda, and stir gently. Serve with additional fruit slices, if desired.
