Ingredients

  • 1 cup cubed fresh pineapple or 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
  • 8 large strawberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 (6-ounce) carton strawberry custard-style yogurt (such as Yoplait)
  • 18 ice cubes (about 2 cups)

Preparation

  1. Place first 3 ingredients on a baking sheet or 15 x 10-inch jelly-roll pan; freeze 15 minutes.
  2. Combine frozen fruit, orange juice, and yogurt in an electric blender. Cover and process until smooth, scraping sides of container occasionally. With blender on, add ice cubes 1 at a time; process until smooth.
