delicious! I used a small pouch to make half a recipe. I decreased the dried fruit to 1/3 cup (2/3 cup with a box of mix); I additionally would recommend lightly beating one egg to help hold the muffin together

- 1 (17.1-oz.) package banana-nut muffin mix
- 1 cup dried mixed tropical fruit, roughly chopped
Preparation
- Prepare batter and muffin pans according to package directions for 1 (17.1-oz.) package banana-nut muffin mix, stirring 1 cup dried mixed tropical fruit, roughly chopped, into batter. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pans, filling two-thirds full. Bake and cool muffins according to package directions.
