Ingredients
- 1/3 cup raspberry spread (such as Polaner All Fruit)
- 2 teaspoons Triple Sec (orange-flavored liqueur)
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 1/3 cups raspberry sorbet
- 4 fresh mint sprigs (optional)
Preparation
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk.
- Combine raspberries and raspberry spread mixture in a medium bowl, stirring gently.
- Spoon sorbet into 4 stemmed glasses; top with raspberry mixture. Garnish each with a mint sprig, if desired.
