The strangest brownies I've ever had by far, but incredible. Definitely a recipe for the adventurous cook.

My 17 year old son made these brownies today because we were so intrigued by the ingredients. He substituted whole wheat flour, dark chocolate chips and fresh spinach. They are delicious and we will definitely make them again. They have a nice dense texture and are not too sweet.
