  • 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment.
