Triple Chocolate-Coconut Milk Shake

We worked hard to get a milk shake that is decadent enough for dessert, yet healthier than its full-fat counterpart. We're confident we succeeded. If you're serving more than two people, simply double the ingredients for four servings.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups chocolate fudge fat-free, no sugar added ice cream (such as Edy's)
  • 1/2 cup 1% low-fat chocolate milk
  • 2 tablespoons cream of coconut
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free chocolate syrup
  • 2 tablespoons canned refrigerated light whipped cream (such as Reddi-wip)
  • 2 teaspoons flaked sweetened coconut, toasted
