  • 8 ounces fresh crimini mushrooms, stemmed
  • 8 ounces portobello mushrooms, stemmed
  • 4 ounces small fresh shiitake mushrooms, stemmed
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

How to Make It

  1. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add oil. Place over medium-high heat until hot. Add mushrooms and garlic; saute 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. Add wine; cook, covered, 2 minutes. Uncover and cook 2 additional minutes or until liquid evaporates. Sprinkle mushroom mixture with thyme, salt, and pepper; toss well. Serve immediately.
