Tossed Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (10-ounce) package fresh spinach*
  • 1 medium-size purple onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup garlic-seasoned croutons
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Dressing

Preparation

Toss first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; serve with Dressing.

*1 (10-ounce) package salad greens may be substituted for spinach.
