Tossed Spinach Salad
Yield: 6 servings
- 1 (10-ounce) package fresh spinach*
- 1 medium-size purple onion, thinly sliced
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 cup garlic-seasoned croutons
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Toss first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; serve with Dressing.
- *1 (10-ounce) package salad greens may be substituted for spinach.
