1 (10-ounce) package fresh spinach*
1 medium-size purple onion, thinly sliced
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 cup garlic-seasoned croutons
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Toss first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; serve with Dressing.
*1 (10-ounce) package salad greens may be substituted for spinach.
