Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 cups mixed baby salad greens
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 8-oz. jar marinated mushrooms, drained
Preparation
- Whisk together vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano and olive oil. Place greens, tomatoes and mushrooms in a large salad bowl and toss with dressing. Serve immediately.
