Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 cups mixed baby salad greens
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 8-oz. jar marinated mushrooms, drained

Preparation

  1. Whisk together vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano and olive oil. Place greens, tomatoes and mushrooms in a large salad bowl and toss with dressing. Serve immediately.
