Tossed Salad With Garlic Dressing

Yield 6 servings


  • 1 large clove garlic, halved
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 head endive lettuce
  • 6 green onion fans
  • Garlic Dressing

How to Make It

  1. Rub the inside of a large salad bowl with cut sides of garlic; discard garlic, and set bowl aside.

  2. Separate lettuce leaves; wash and drain thoroughly. Tear into bite-size pieces.

  3. Combine lettuce and green onion fans in prepared salad bowl; toss lightly to mix well. Cover and chill thoroughly. Serve salad with Garlic Dressing.
