  • 1 small head iceberg lettuce, torn
  • 1 small bunch curly endive, torn
  • 2 cucumbers, sliced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and grated
  • 3 tomatoes, sliced vertically
  • 1 cup croutons
  • Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing


  1. Combine lettuce, endive, cucumbers, and carrots in a large bowl; toss gently. Add tomatoes and croutons. Toss gently, and serve with Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing.
