Ingredients
- 1 small head iceberg lettuce, torn
- 1 small bunch curly endive, torn
- 2 cucumbers, sliced
- 2 carrots, peeled and grated
- 3 tomatoes, sliced vertically
- 1 cup croutons
- Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing
Preparation
- Combine lettuce, endive, cucumbers, and carrots in a large bowl; toss gently. Add tomatoes and croutons. Toss gently, and serve with Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing.
