Tossed Green Salad

1 small head iceberg lettuce, torn
1 small bunch curly endive, torn
2 cucumbers, sliced
2 carrots, peeled and grated
3 tomatoes, sliced vertically
1 cup croutons


Combine lettuce, endive, cucumbers, and carrots in a large bowl; toss gently. Add tomatoes and croutons. Toss gently, and serve with Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing.
