Ingredients

  • 1 (7-ounce) package cheese tortellini, uncooked (such as DaVinci)
  • 1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup reduced-calorie Caesar dressing (such as Ken's Steak House)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain and rinse under cold water. Combine tortellini, tomato, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl; toss well. Chill.
